Philip A. Sturtz

Philip A. Sturtz is a partner at STURTZ & STURTZ, P.C., where he represents individuals, families, business owners, and closely held companies throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region and Mid-Michigan. His practice includes family law, probate and estate litigation, estate planning, business law, real estate matters, civil litigation, and criminal defense.

Born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan, Philip has deep roots in the local community and has dedicated his legal career to providing thoughtful, practical, and results-oriented legal representation. Since being admitted to practice in 2006, he has developed substantial experience handling both contested litigation and transactional matters involving significant personal, financial, and business considerations.

Community Involvement

Philip currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Nouvel Catholic Central, where he assists with governance and long-term planning for the school system. As a lifelong Saginaw resident, he remains actively involved in the local community and is committed to serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.
